Are you sick and tired of phony psychics? 

Are you afraid of psychic scams, frauds, fakes and fugazis?  If you said yes…..you are NOT alone!  As a matter of fact, it amazes me how many of the psychic promotions and web sites out there are being run by fly by night operations who DON’T have your best interests at heart.  In my experience?  The vast collection of "absolutely free" sites (avoid these like the plague), love psychic spells services, mediums, clairvoyants and emotional "empaths" are nothing but a "naked" attempt to capitalize on the exploding interest in psychic phenomena, and stuff as much of your hard earned money in their metaphorical pockets as possible.

So what is the BEST way to get a genuine reading for an affordable cost….WITHOUT being scammed, snookered or ripped off blind?

Good question, and a very simple one to answer!  The truth is, in MY estimation, there are only 3 or 4 legitimate psychic services that are open to the public.  The good news?  These services TEND to be very good, and are very affordable, if you know how to find them, and approach them properly.  For example, one of my favorite networks runs perpetual "new client" specials that offer discounts of up to 90% off of their regularly advertised rates for first time callers.  Why do they do it?  Because they are confident you will be SO astounded by the reading, that you will call again in the future, and be willing to pay the REAL fair market value price when you do.  (a big bet to make….but one that has been a good one, simply due to the amount of repeat callers they get!)

Other services offer equally as enticing specials, unique offers, radically reduced rates for newsletter subscribers, and the like.  The fact is, if you are diligent, disciplined and willing to due a wee bit of due diligence, (especially online) you can find AMAZING psychics at astonishingly low prices, and NOT have to buy one of these "bait and switch" free readings to make it happen.

And remember……

The benefit of the above is you can "test" a psychic before you commit any real money to the reading.  As a matter of fact, you CAN (and should) be able to get a FULL reading using the above strategies for about 25 or 30 bucks if you play your cards right! 

The good news?  If you pick properly….that’s the ONLY reading you’ll need for about 6 months, giving you all the insight, information and illumination you can handle for a while!

Who else wants some live psychic reading tips you can really trust? If you are anything like most of the people who enjoy our articles and comment on our content, the simple truth is that one of your primary fears, when it comes to getting a live psychic reading online, is that you are going to be ripped off, hoaxed, scammed or otherwise disappointed.

And, to be totally honest……your fears are often VERY justified!

Why? Well, many psychic services offer less than we’d like….both in terms of accuracy of readings, AND in the quality of the mediums and psychics they employ. As a matter of fact, one of the biggest challenges that the psychic reading industry faces, is providing enough TRULY talented readers to keep up with the rabid demand of the public who craves authentic spiritual guidance and clarity.

With this in mind…..here are a few rules you should ALWAYS follow before calling a psychic, either online or off.

Rule #1: Do some basic research

No, you don’t need to hire a private investigator, or go overboard..:-) But you should at least read some reviews, and get a feel for the intuitive you’ve got your eye on. If you’re going to someone in person, try to get a feel for what other people have said, or experienced first. If you’re calling some online, or getting an email reading, try to check out any testimonials provided by the network for that particular reader to ensure he or she has satisfied clients and customers.

If someone has NO "history" to speak of, or looks a bit suspicious in any way….simply find someone else who looks more trustworthy.

Rule #2: Stay away from FREE readings (if you’re serious about getting something real)

Why? Because no works for free. And everyone has to eat. And if a network, or even individual intuitive offers a cost free reading ( and it’s not for a special cause or set of circumstances) the chances are, you are going to be pressured to pay money pretty shortly thereafter.

This is a well known scam in the fortune teller OFFLINE market, where readers will pressure you to have an expensive "spiritual cleansing" or other esoteric exercise after a free introductory reading. Be very wary here…and very careful, as many folks have been burned!

The bottom line?

There are some GREAT psychic services online. We recommend a few whole heartedly. But there are always sites and services that are scams as well, and knowing how to avoid them is super important to staying safe….. (and sane) on the spiritual path!
