How can I tell what I’m remembering is REALLY real? (versus just wishful thinking)
Great question, and this is where I personally believe having someone to guide you, or help you “see” is a big benefit over self exploration alone. The truth is, a tarot or astrological reading, for example….is a great way of getting intuitive input about your past lives, and the authenticity of the actual memories themselves, in a supportive setting.
