Are you a fan of celebrity psychics and their TV shows? Do you obsess over the readings offered on live TV by many of the more famous psychics, mediums and clairvoyants? If you do…..you probably will be suprised to know that SOME of them are out and out con artists, charlatans and in our opinion, complete frauds and a scam to boot!
Not a ringing endorsement, right? It’s true that we are a BIG fan of many professional psychics and intuitives, and believe that many gifted psychics are good people, with huge hearts and a true desire to help other people. Others though….even some of the BIGGER names, have had long standing problems with honesty, integrity and even with the law.
Here is an interesting article from a skeptical oriented website on famous (and controversial) ” TV psychic” Sylvia Browne. Now…we don’t want to say anything disparaging or negative about Sylvia….but suffice it to say we are NOT fans, and she has more than enough people who DO want to say nasty things….that we don’t feel the need..;-)

Sylvia’s Web site (sylvia.org) states: Sylvia began her professional career as a psychic on May 8, 1973 with a small meeting in her home. Within one year her practice had grown very large and she decided to incorporate her business as the Nirvana Foundation for Psychic Research.
