Are Phone Psychics a Scam? Learn How to Identify Psychic Scams in 3 Simple Steps

Are telephone psychics a scam?  Should you avoid psychic readings by phone?  And aren’t all psychic services the same?  These are actually pretty common questions that we get via email, and the truth is, you simply CAN’T make broad generalizations about psychic services, or the individual intuitives that work for them.

Here are some pretty simple facts:

  1. Some psychic services do NOT hire authentic psychics
  2. Some psychic services don’t even TEST their psychics before they give them a “job”
  3. Some services are MORE interested in money…and less interested in providing genuine psychic help, guidance or advice

The easiest way to avoid a psychic scam, is the easiest way to avoid any OTHER less than reputable service related business offer.

For example……..

Are some lawyers dishonest?

Of course they are.

But would you AVOID getting legal help if you needed it?  That would be silly, right.  You would simply look for an honest, genuine and caring attorney who seems honest, had a good reputation and made you feel comfortable, right?

It’s the same thing here.  There ARE legitimate psychic services who operate primarily by phone.  (most of the BEST psychics in the world, by the way….do most of their readings by phone)

And there are bad networks that hire BAD (or NOT) psychics and pass themselves off as legtimate!  Your job is only to go with your gut, do a little due dillegence and hire ONLY networks or services that guarantee their psychic services.  (or call at your own risk!)

As a funny aside…check out this funny article written by a journalist about 6 years ago, when she worked as a psychic at one of the BAD networks.  (now out of business, thankfully!)  Or….if you are ready for a REAL reading that is guaranteed to be great….check out our #1 rated network and make up your OWN mind, today!  Enjoy..:-)

Not that I believe in this psychic stuff, but at one point in my life I was spending so much money having my tarot cards read at occult bookstores that I decided to do it myself. I bought a deck and discovered I had the gift. Each time I posed a question about my life, the cards so unerringly forecast frustration and disappointment that I finally stuck them in the bottom of a trunk.
I was a telephone psychic. – By Emily Yoffe – Slate Magazine
