Have you seen ads for certified psychics? 

Interested to know how (or if) that makes a psychic, medium or clairvoyant better or more preferable than normal?  If you do….you are NOT alone!  Lots of people get easily taken by labels, titles or "awards", and using the word certified, in certain circles, has given SOME psychic services, (or individual intutives) the APPEARANCE of credibility….when in fact, they truly haven’t earned it.  

Why?  Very simple.  Many popular services are promoting their services  as "certified", and many people are finding themselves a bit confused at what exactly this means.  Are certified psychics better?  Is it important?  Or is it simply a "sham" meant to lure you into believing their psychics are superior? 

The Straight Scoop:  There are Two DISTINCTLY Different Types of Certified Psychic Services (or readings)

Ready?  Here it is:   There is a VERY prestigious organization in California that studies psychic mediums.

They are called the Windbridge Institute, and are literally comprised of some of the best and brightest minds in the serious study of psychic and paranormal phenomena.  (their work was actually featured in an HBO documentary on the "afterlife" and their amazing work with psychic mediums) 

Why is this relevant?  Because they created a special "class" of psychics that have been studied, tested and PROVEN themselves to be super special.  Some of these are "famous" clairvoyants, mediums and intuitives that we’ve seen on TV, and others are "no-name" ordinary intuitives with EXTRA-ORDINARY psychic abilities. They classify these as "certified mediums" and psychic intuitives. (and they have a pretty detailed rating system for recommending them)

The other popularly advertised "certified" psychics?  It’s more a marketing ploy….and is used to promote one particular service in the online market.  They call their psychics certified…..only the process of certification is sort of done "in-house"..:-)  The usefulness then, of this particular rating is obviously not so significant, and the readings are NOT representative of the sorts of skills that the first group has demonstrated.

So what is the key take way you ask?

Pick services (and individual intuitives) around their guarantee to be great.  Some offer a money back promise of amazing accuracy.  Others go out of their way to ensure that you are HAPPY….or you don’t have to pay. Truthfully?  This is the BEST way of getting a certified reading….as it puts YOU in control for deciding it was worth it!  (regardless of what the ad suggests..:-)
